Delivery Fees: Delivery charges for vehicles are calculated based on the destination, size of the vehicle, and delivery method. You will be informed of the estimated delivery charges at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time: Delivery times for vehicles typically range between 7 to 21 business days depending on the distance between our dealership and your delivery address. For longer distances, or for custom or special-order vehicles, delivery times may vary. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.
Delivery Process: Once your vehicle has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery window. Our trusted third-party delivery partners will ensure that your vehicle is transported safely and delivered on time.
International Delivery: At this time, PARMIGLASNI offers vehicle delivery only within the United States. For international shipments, please contact us directly to discuss options and additional costs.
2. Pickup at Dealership
If you prefer to pick up your vehicle in person, we offer the option to collect your vehicle at our dealership:

Scheduling Pickup: After confirming your purchase, please contact our sales team to arrange a convenient time to pick up your vehicle. Our team will ensure that the vehicle is ready and all necessary paperwork is completed upon your arrival.
Required Documentation: When picking up your vehicle, please bring your identification and any necessary documents related to your purchase. We will guide you through the process and hand over the keys to your new vehicle.
3. Product Shipping (Non-Vehicle Items)
For customers purchasing non-vehicle items such as accessories, parts, or other merchandise from PARMIGLASNI, we offer reliable and prompt shipping options.
Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for non-vehicle items are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the product. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout, and you will be notified of the charges before completing your purchase.
Shipping Time: For in-stock items, delivery usually takes between 3 to 10 business days. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us to inquire about faster shipping options.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Vehicle Damage: If your vehicle is delivered with visible damage, please refuse delivery and immediately contact PARMIGLASNI customer service at info@parmiglasni.com or (843) 665-8517. We will arrange for the necessary actions to either repair, replace, or refund the damaged vehicle.
Product Damage: If a product is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damaged product, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace or refund the product.
